Harry graduated from Reading University’s College of Estate Management in 1999. He spent four years serving in the British Army across Europe and the UK before beginning his career in surveying.

He is a member of both the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

With a broad and diverse professional background, Harry has worked across the UK, including London, Manchester, Birmingham, the West Midlands, and Wales. His clients have included private individuals, high street and private banks, national retailers, charities, infrastructure bodies, developers, and homeowners.

Harry has a strong track record of delivering high‑profile, large‑scale solutions and working at Board and Principal levels. He specialises in strategy, complex decision‑making, and identifying commercial opportunities. A confident leader and collaborative team player, he works effectively with real estate, financial, legal, IT, and administrative teams to build structured, goal‑driven strategies.

His career includes roles such as Head of Rent Reviews at an £8bn private‑equity‑backed real estate company, as well as Area Director and Partner within leading national surveying firms. He has led teams, managed significant asset portfolios, and delivered valuation, dispute resolution, and lease advisory services. His expertise spans technical leadership, asset optimisation, and generating financial value — often at scale.

Harry holds a BSc (Hons) in Land Management from Reading University. He is an RICS‑Accredited Mediator and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Outside work, his interests include fishing, mountaineering, sailing, travel and rural pursuits. He is a member of the Royal Geographical Society.
